The total weight capacity in the spiral at any one time is 3600 lbs. Only one drive motor is required, resulting in substantial savings in energy, controls and system integration. Most models are shipped totally pre-assembled, which will cut down on the implementation costs at their destination.

The modular design of the Ryson Spiral Conveyors allow for many aspects of each spiral to be customizable, both at the time of manufacturing and later as a retrofit or repurposing. On a current project, Ryson International manufactured a spiral for an immediate need and included a “repurposing kit” in anticipation of an upcoming change in their packaging line.
