Shipping: Ryson Spiral Conveyors normally ship in one piece – pre-assembled and pre-tested, drastically reducing the time and expense of installation.
This becomes more challenging with export shipping. Particularly for our larger units, because the ocean containers are not as wide as a domestic truck. Thanks to the modular design and a specially designed shipping frame, we are able to to load a container with minimum disassembly. This is very beneficial on the receiving end where re-assemnly is minimized and the shipping frames facilitate easy unloading and handling.
This spiral is sailing to Brazil next week. You can see how it was partially disassembled to reduce it’s width. The Integrator on this project is SEE Sistemas one of our international integrator partners.
