All Stainless Mass Flow Spiral For Canning plantThis week we are shipping a special all stainless steel Mass Flow Spiral that will be used in a wash down environment.

The majority of our Mass Flow Spirals are delivered to the beverage industry for full or empty cans or bottles. These spirals are able handle the demands of the most high performance bottling plant and typically operate in a wet environment.

This Mass Flow Spiral is different. It will be handling various sized cans of beans and sauces. The spiral will be operating in a wash down environment and needed to be of all stainless steel construction and be equipped with solid lube bearings.

The Ryson High Capacity Mass Flow Spiral Conveyors are starting to change the way people think about packaging lines. The Ryson Mass Flow Spirals feature nesting slats with a flat conveying surface and no gaps. They can be delivered with 10”, 12”, 16” or 20” wide slats depending on the needed flow rates. The Mass Flow Spirals are equipped with extended in and outfeed tangents to facilitate smooth and reliable side transfer to and from external conveyors.
