In a few weeks we will be shipping this tall Narrow Trak Spiral Conveyor to a snack packager that will be lowering empty composite cans from a mezzanine to the floor level.
This Tall Narrow Trak Spiral will be installed during a short shutdown period and will involve one of our service technicians who will supervise the rigging and help with the re-assembly and fit-up of the side transfer conveyor at both the infeed and outfield. The composite cans, which will eventually get filled with nuts, travel down from 18’-2” at 175 cans per minute.
This Model 1100-150 Narrow Trak Spiral Conveyor is manufactured in our hybrid stainless steel finish, suitable for wet conditions. It is built to ship in two sections, due to egress issues in the installation area.
The Narrow Trak’s 6” wide nesting slats allow this spiral to be used for end transfer or side transfer, making it perfect for cartons, bottles, jars and pouches. It is an alternative to side gripper elevators and has a larger elevation change capability than any other compact spiral on the market.
