Elevation Capacity Sets Ryson Mass Flow Spirals Apart

Tall Ryson Mass Flow SpiralRyson Mass Flow Spiral new 10” wide slat model with its small footprint is the perfect solution for moderate to low filler rates.

Next week we’ll be shipping one of our model 1900-260 Mass Flow Spiral Conveyors to a Canadian manufacturer of organic fruit spreads. The Spiral will take full glass jars from the discharge of the cooler and elevate them to their second floor for labeling, case packing and palletizing, at a volume up to 250 per minute.

Our expertise and market experience in being able to handle the weights and an elevation change of over 14 feet sets Ryson apart in the mass flow spiral world. Our new 10” wide model with its small footprint is the perfect solution for moderate to low filler rates.

The jars side transfer in to and out of this 9 1/2 turn spiral, which has stainless steel legs and feet, due to it’s proximity to the cooler. Our Integrator partner, Arrowhead Conveyor worked with the end-user on an expansion project and they chose Ryson for the vertical conveying requirements.
