The Maintenance Manager of one of the countries largest Industrial Supply/MRO parts companies’ California Distribution Center quoted “The spirals are doing wonderfully. They have been running smoothly and without a hitch. We are very happy with the work that (Ryson Service Technicians) Jason and Juan did.” His 4 spirals had been running for 10 years of 24-7 operation.
Our technicians worked 3rd shift on staggered weekends to replace the chain assembly and sprockets on the spirals, as they were starting to see some wear. In normal industrial run time, they are over 20 years old and this was the first “overhaul” required.
