Ryson offers video factory acceptance tests (FAT), or sample product handling videos for our customers and systems integrators. This courtesy is part of our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and application testing. The FAT videos are created at the customer’s request before shipping from our manufacturing facility in Yorktown, Virginia.
In this video, a case of similar size and weight to the customer’s is filmed running on their spiral to ensure it’s being handled properly without change in orientation at the specified speed of 140 FPM. The Spiral here is a High Capacity spiral with 16″ wide slats and will handle cases of varied sizes with weight up to 40 lbs. The video also features a start/stop test to amplify the orientation trials. The end of the video also highlights areas of interest from a maintenance point of view or any custom features.
The Ryson High Capacity Spiral Conveyor load capacity is 75 lbs. per linear foot of conveyor with speeds up to 200 FPM. The total weight capacity in the spiral at any one time is 3600 lbs and can start and stop fully loaded.
